Brad Cavin, South Carolina Apiary Inspector and a member of the Yellow Legged Hornet Response team, will talk to the club about his experiences with the YLH since it was discovered in South Carolina in late 2024. He will also update us on the latest YLH situation in York County.

Join us - meeting topic: Brad Cavin, South Carolina Apiary Inspector and a member of the Yellow Legged Hornet Response team, will talk to the club about his experiences with the YLH since it was discovered in South Carolina in late 2024. He will also update us on the latest YLH situation in York County. As part of his presentation, Brad will bring YLH nests for everyone to see.
Also in attendance, Anton Joubert, the Apiary Inspector for our county and Don Hopkins, North Carolina Apiary Inspection Supervisor who will talk about North Carolina's YLH efforts.
