Our Bee Breakfast at The Circle "G" was, well, a lot of fun. Met some new beekeepers, met two new visitors, several regulars and a lot of conversation. We talked about the weather, feeding our bees, buckets to put our honey in, noticed less drones in some hives, 110 lbs. of honey from some hives, how to store supers, raising queens for next year, a new way of beekeeping using 4 frame nucs as supers, Never a dull moment. Met two visitors from Eritrea, which is in Africa, and beekeeping is way different over there. You just had to be there to enjoy the camaraderie, good service and good food.
